i am a 20 yr. old woman interested in spreading the good news, but have a problem thinking of a way to do it . any ideas would be appreciated

In my experience i have found that living by example rather than word is far more powerful.Most people don't want to hear what they consider to be nonsense. The sadder aspect of this is that many are also blind to example and will smirk when they see examples of the "Word" claiming it will be used to harm the one setting the example.They fail to realize that what is important is not material and that when they exit Earth, the material world will prove to have been a harsh burden they needn't have carried like a ponderous weight along with their souls.But to each their own .My hope s that i can balance the scale enough to go home as i am very weary and have been here far too long. The gift is that i now serve and shall serve joyously until such time as i am no longer needed for whatever purpose i am here in the first place.

Lots of ways - first living a life that is an example of Jesus is one way. Also handing out Christian tracts might work, when you come across people and talk with them. Also when you strike up a conversation with a person, tell them that Jesus loves them and talk about God/Jesus. Work in the local church which does a lot of things to spread the gospel - mission trips, working with children, etc. Do you think you mind want to be a missionary? Check into that. By being an example. Preaching alone doesn't suffice. To spread God's word, be good to yourself and be good to others. Be humble and caring, at the same time self-preserving and strong.
I can go on and on. But you get the message. It is not enough by telling others what to do and what not to do. It is required that we live the message.
Most importantly, don't hate someone because of what they are, as long as it is legal. Leave them to God to be judged.

Just as Jesus commanded his followers to, he said to preach the good news to everyone. That means even bringing up casual conversation wherever you go.
Also, he and his disciples went from house to house. You have to give of your time, and go out and seek these ones who want to know more about the good news of God's Kingdom.
Matthew 24:14; 28:18-20; Acts 5:41,42
Another good way is to preach by example. Lead you life in the way that befits someone professing to be a follower of Christ.

You can spread God's word by being a living example of his word. You can also get involved in one or more of the various ministries in your local church. There are many ways to help spread God's word.

How about living the values that are important to you. Spread the word by example. People will respect and admire you for that. If and when they ask, you can spread the word. But I would recommend not talking about it unless asked.

I believe that actions speak louder than words. If you take care on how you talk, how you dress and your dealings with other people, it opens the door wide open to tell them about your religion and God's word.
My idea is slow but i believe that it is almost full proof. You should get to know the people and let them know you.

Just show you faith, to all people and God will put words into your mouth when it is time. Most of the time just the lifstyle you live will bring people to faith. Or go to a Christian book store and buy a book on how to share your faith.
