my sister has short red hair and we were getting ready for my mom's funeral and she blow dried her hair and it looked just like that guy from the starburst commercial so she started yelling "BERRIES AND CREAM BERRIES AND CREAM" and we were laughing hysterically. Our dad walked into the hotel room and saw us laughing and looked really sad and I feel bad about it now. It's not that we werent' sad about mom, it was just a funny couple of minutes in a really horrible weekend.

I recently found out that I was pregnant two days ago. I wasn't planning it or expecting if for the matter but I have decided to have the baby since I do not believe in abortion and I have support from my parents and my childs father. So I told two of my close friends one who is extremly excited and supportive. But my other friend was the total opposite. She asked me did I want her to take me to a clinic to get an abortion I didn't know what to say. She was so negative about everything saying that i'm irresponsible and immature and that my and the childs father don't live close enough. The thing is, she's 3 months pregnant and she doesn't have the best circumstances either but I've been extremly supportive, even going to appointments with her when her childs father wouldn't. Yet she says our situations are totally different, which they really aren't. I didn't let her know but I was really upset. My mom says she's selfish and negative and that I don't need negativity around me, advice?

I have been having feelings in the left side of my stomach by my ribs like fetal movement for a couple of days now, I have taken a pregnancy test and the result was negative and I didnt miss a period although my period was really light and short this month. Why must we always elect one President who implements his own people and ideoligies? I think a panel of 11 elected officials would serve the country better. They could be a mix of moderates, conservatives and liberals.

The congress and the courts act this way, why can't we have a sort of parliament run the country. One man surely does not know the right choices to make on every aspect of domestic and foreign policy.

My sister-in-law decided to get married LAST MINUTE! The wedding is June 2nd, 2007!! (I know!) Well, I'm in charge of the bridal shower because I'm the fmaily party-giver. (I really put alot into them and they always turn out nice) The problem is, the shower is may 26th! It's the only date that seemed to work for the wedding party. I would have sent the invitations out earlier, but she just sent out wedding invitations two days ago and I didn't want my invites to get there first! We can hand-deliver most of them, but for the family that lives awhile away, they wouldn't get them until this weekend. That gives them a week to plan on comming. I am pretty big on etiquette, so I am (to say the least) very unhappy about the situation. How do I handle this shower properly given the circumstances?

I was wondering about this for a long time now. I have subscribed to a credit monitoring service and I have access to my credit report and credit score. But what about bank accounts. These are not reported on the credit report. How would I ever know if someone has stolen my say SSN and used it to open accounts.
