I am continuing with therapy, just quit smoking and drinking, but feel I need to do more about my physical and emotional well-being. Besides eating well and exercise, what other things could I do to start on the road to a better life? What would you do?

we had a previous argument, and everytime i ask him to hold me, he gets mad that i wake him. I'm not starting to like the fact he is this way. I get angry at him most of the time.

I married my wife when I was 16; I have 8 kids who all vary from 1 to 10 years old. My wife and the love of my life past away last year in a car accident. You might find this weird but I am a marketing director with big thick wage packets (I don’t know how I have had 8 kids but I do know how I became a marketing director).

My wife wanted a big family so she kept popping out each year without thinking of any consequences and I just gave her it each time. Do you think I was taken advantage off?

Now I am left with 8 little disasters & a nanny who rips me off for £600 a week but that is fine; I have no time on my hands and no social life as I am always on the run for promotional ads.

Where do you think I will be in the next 10 years and also do I sound like a great catch; if a brought a woman home to my 8 kids “Do you think she will run for the door”. After all “I am 25 with 8 kids now you rarely ever see that ;o)”.

I'm 14 and people always comment that I'm pretty, skinny and always look good. But I'm really short, like 153 cm. Is it possible to become a model when I'm older? I've always thought how glamorous and awesome it would be to be in the fashion industry.

Hi,
I would appreciate any advice. Have been suffering with really painful stomach cramps and bloating since April last year. I was constipated for just over a week and don't seem to have been right since. In the last 6 months my lower abdomen has swollen and my clothes size has increased from a small 10 to a tight 12. The nausea is almost constantly there and is driving me insane. I feel like I want to belch all the time. My stools are also concerning me - I have had mucus within them, which has gradually increased. I have been to my GP several times and just recently I went in and asked to be referred. I had a consultation at my local hosp and he prodded my stomach asked a few Q's and then handed me leaflets on IBS. I really didn't feel like he had explored enough.
Does anyone have any idea what is wrong?

The first thing I need to say is that neither I nor my husband are football supporters. I noticed in the news at the weekend about some football team being knocked out of some cup or something, there were grown men actually crying openly in the stands. I'm all for the new man idea but this goes a bit too far for Heavens sake it's a game of football not a tragic disaster why are these idiots crying, it would suit them better to show some emotion toward their wives or girlfriends and families not 11 Idiots chasing a bag of air around a field. Am I alone in thinking this/

Has anyone been hurt by another that afterward they hated who they were even for a little bit and how did you benefit from it later on or learn from it or tell me stories of you loving yourself again... say if a significant other didn't like somehting about you that you hated but later learned to either love or live with or are still struggling with... please details... i'm bored and thinking of my own issues.

we were doing great before. but somehow lately, i cant stand on his angry attitude. he's like always try to find my faults. at the same time i cant really tolerate with him anymore. previously, when he's mad, i'll usually tolerate and be soft. seems like i cant do that anymore. we will fight like hell even on a small matter. we were planning to get marry in 2 years time, but i just cant imagine my life if this situation remains. :(
