click on the gray head above your name
go to edit info to the right of it
half way down theres 3 boxes, click on the "edit my avatar" go from there, theres instructions, good luck

Go to your Yahoo! Answers 'My Profile' page and click 'edit my info'. You will see the option to create an avatar under types of images you can use. Click on this link and create and save your avatar. Return to your Yahoo! Answers 'My Profile' editing page and the option to use this avatar will be available.
If you would like to use an actual photo you will need to set up a Yahoo! 360 page. Upload your desired photo, in Jpeg format, to your page, and save as your main photo. Once you have done this return to your Yahoo! Answers 'My Profile' page and select edit your profile. The option to use your Yahoo! 360 photo will be available.
Select which image you would like to use and click save.

Click on the empty picture and it should let you choose your email profile picture. If you haven't made one yet, then it should give you the option of making one.

Upload it to your 360 page and then choose it as primary for your account it appears on the avatar screen. Hope this helped.

there called avatar and you have to click on my profile at top of q and a's and it will say create avatar or edit avatar choose what you want save it and it should come up

make one,on your yahoo email click on the picture and there should be a link to make your avatar
