We need a politcal section for US IPs only, I too am tired of the crap from people who are not even citizens.

Thanks for asking the question Paul, it certainly identified a lot of them. When Y!A installs the block user feature I can use the list I got here today to block these from my view. Great idea.

Were you aware of the organization Stop AIPAC? They are an islamofascist funded organization tied financially to Soros, moveon and the socialists in congress. So you see anyone talking trash about aipac you will know it is al qaida, or at least funded by them.

Predominantly Liberal ???, This is one of the reasons I participate on Q and A concerning American politics.
Americans seem to have become so preoccupied with
their de facto 2 party system that they judge every foreigner
as belonging to or supporting one of the 2 parties.
I'm ' old Europe ' myself and make no bones about it, but I'm
very interested and concerned about decisions and actions
taken by the US government.
Especially since they have embarked upon an assertive foreign policy. Like it or not the US is still the most important,
influential democracy in the world by a long shot.
Anti US is missing the point completely, the majority of the
worlds population ( Europe anyway ) is opposed to the current war in Iraq and the leading topic on this forum is Iraq.
So anti US administration on this topic is unavoidable, but as
far as I can judge the situation within the country is the same.
I must admit to having asked a few very leading controversial
questions myself to provoke some answers.
But I don't hide myself, my profile clearly states my intentions
and nationality and I can be E- Mailed.
I could not help but notice that many 'hate spewers' on both
sides don't allow IM or E- mail, if they have a profile at all.
You asked a good question, and deserve an honest answer.
Your profile is clear and honest for which I congratulate you.
And you don't cowardly hide in the shadows like some.
But I'll continue harrassing you with my Q's and A's as long
as I bl***y well please.
Anyway there is no YA in Dutch,I suppose my country is to small for that.

Hello World. You have just read a question from a REAL American. The American Indian is the pure blood in this land of America. If They could run this sad government, we would be a compassionate, proud, spritual people that the World could respect and trust. I have Blackfoot Indian in my blood line and I am proud of it. Some of us here don't understand racism. Try to get to know the good Americans. You would be welcome in my home. We could talk about lots of things besides how we look different. There are so many people that love their fellow man unconditionally. We are just like you. We all bleed red. Respectfully your's susan m

No, why should I be? Their being from a foreign country alone doesn't make their opinion less valid.

As for their inserting their opinions into American politics, so what? We have troops in Iraq now, yet many people don't think we shouldn't be there inserting our answers to their questions about democratic government. Our own country may not have won the Revolutionary War had it not been for France inserting their answers into our political questions at the time.

True, foreigners are often liberal, but they haven't always been anti US and won't always be anti US.

Foreign viewpoints are easily debated, so why should we run away and create a private section for US politics only?

Let them ask all the questions they want. I'm not going to be afraid of any of them because even with our present divisiveness, we are still the greatest country on the planet and Americans don't have to hide from anyone.

Not only that, I enjoy inserting MY answers into THEIR countries' political questions, LOL!

No, I'm not tired of them, but it would be good to know at the outset what country someone was from. You can always click on US questions only, and this will eliminate most of the non US questions at least.

There have always been anti Americans, but there are more now because most countries disagree with US foreign policy.

Why are the non Americans here liberal? Liberal and conservative are relative terms as you well know, so maybe it seems that Europeans and Australians are liberal because Americans all lean to the right.

How very isolationist i have asked questions about American politics out of interest and have answered a few . I'm British and have stated so many times this is a international forum i am also conservative and have challenged the non thinking Anti Americanism that appears . Using your argument can us Brits have a British politics board and why should Americans question are royal family ? I think we should be grown up and take an interest and ask and answer what ever question we please.

No. I am not tired of non-Americans asking questions. They have a right, in my opinion, to know what we think, and asking us a question, is the best way for them to know. They want to talk to "we the people", not the News, that tells them stories that may not be the real truth.
Yes, sometimes they're mean, but we as a free society, and a free-thinking people, must tolerate that, exactly, as we would from our own people, since we value freedom of speech so much, for ourselves. If we believe in freedom at all, then we must agree that others should have that same freedom, as we.
I get angry, too, at garbage coming from the uneducated, but the educated can handle it. We're not Americans for NOTHING!
God Bless America, and her freedom!

1) I do tire of these speaking of grounds for which they have no legitimate reason to speak on.

2) Liberals generally accept non-Americans as people whose rights are held higher than Americans (they say this moreso w/there actions, rather than words), so it would only make sense that these non-Americans are attracted to the more Liberal parties. Go figure, something making sense when it comes to liberals, and our government...
3)I believe so, that way it would be easier to navigate through. but not just w/US politics, but by each country (atleast the major ones).
You pose a very thoughtfull question.

Given America likes to trumpet itself as "leader of the free world", it really can't complain if the rest of the "free world" decides to give its opinions now and then. When America sneezes, the world catches cold. When American farts, the world holds its nose.

I'm assuming that by "liberal and anti-US", you're really asking "why is it these damn foreigners don't agree with my narrow parochial view on things? How dare they?"

you know, if they were forthright about who they are and where their prospective was emanating from, i wouldn't have a problem with it and i could even respect their tirades against our country.

however, when they masquerade as americans in an effort to accomplish nothing but internal strife, it does bother me. mostly, because their efforts are futile and will bear no weight in the end.

if they want their comments to be productive, they need to first own up to who they really are, stop spewing hatred and anger and expose their true motives for discussion.

it just shows that they really don't want to talk to us, they just want talk at us, which serves no purpose at all.
