Its awful but the prisoners would be happy to see her.
Would she be given prisoner's clothes?

I wish she had gotten the death penalty. She only got 45 days and most likely wont serve even one day. There is an actress on 'Lost" who was sentenced to 60 days at the same facility. Well the facility is overcrowded so they sent that actress home after a whopping 2 hours so I am guessing Paris will be there about 15 minutes.

Paris Hilton should go to jail.Just because she is a high profile celeb,doesn't mean she is above the law.

It is awful. They are being mean to her. They have not made the men or the blacks who did this while famous go to jail. They are hateful and jealous of Paris because she makes more money than is in her trust fund on her own. Her video is number one or two each week now on MSN. Paris is "hot".

I think it will do her some good. If she gets out of it I think there will be a lot of upset people. She acts like she is so much better then everyone else. Big bird needs to shut up and do the time just like anyone else would.

Should do the time. I'd be more sympathetic if she would have taken responsiblity for her actions. As soon as she started blaming everyone else and saying she didn't know jack, I felt so should go to jail

She is a **** and gets what she deserves. If she goes out drink driving or whatever she should get a jail sentence. Im shocked that 'daddy' didnt help that slag out. She can rot there as much as I care.

i believe that she is being treated like a normal human being would be treated. if she was given a fair trial, then it is finee with me =]
im not a big fan of her singing, but i dont hate her--people have their own personal opinions about it and i would just think of her as another human.

I think that she should be made to do the time. At least some of it. I hate all these celebrities that think that they are above the law.
