Nope. I was watching a court tv show and there was this old lady suing her ex-lover. She said that she was a phone sex operator and even gave a few lines to the judge to prove it. If you call the phone sex lines, be careful! There could be a 65 year old woman at the other end!

Because you can't see what they really look like, yes they are, but only over the phone. Most are otherwise unemployable senior citizens who still have acceptable voices.
The truth is out there: I remember a great cartoon where two dogs are operating a computer and one says to the other: "The great thing about the Internet is - No-one knows you're a Dog!"

This is an experience from a one-time friend of long ago. He got addicted to this kind of thing, and when he finally met the woman in person, she was a cripple with a son.
Btw, I don't mean to be prejudiced against crippled people or single moms. I just want you to know that voice over the phone (or radio) can be deceiving.

Do you want the truth? A lot of the people on the other end of that phone are guys pretending to be women. I read an interview a while back (about a year or so ago) from a guy who did this. He said that most of the people that he worked with were men.

I don't think so, or maybe some (a very few) are, but I always think of old ladies with white hair and smoking behind the phone lol, what a disgusting thought!

i bet attractive women would less likely work as phone sex operators.
the only thing you can count on is that they have good inviting voices and they know how to sound sexy.

lol, i used to be an 'adult chatline operator'. as you can see from my avatar im quite nice looking, however i would never dress up for it - it was all an act for me, i was usually watching tv with the sound off and subtitles on during calls, lol! easy money without doing anything too raunchy!

Why would they be, they have a job over a phone! they dont have to look like anything, they just have to talk sexy and to be honest anyone can do that, especially for money!!!
