I just found out my 4 year old toddler has anemia and the doc prescribed her 30mg of, from what i can read, Ferinsol 3 times a day. I took the prescription to Walmart and they would not fill it cause they said it was a lethal dose for a 31lb child. The pharmacist even called the doc and the doctor didn't understand why Walmart had a problem with it and would not change the prescription. In the end the pharmacist would not fill the prescription and gave me some over the counter med for now but my question is is the doctor or the pharmacist wrong?
We still have to go to get more tests run to find out why she is anemic. For dinner we always have a meat a vegetable and a side. Mostly green beans cause that’s her favorite. She’s not the kid you always hear about eating crap all day long. The snacks she has during the day is always apple sauce, bananas, crackers, or cheese sticks. She has milk with almost every meal and if not milk she will have apple juice or water.

What does this move mean? Is it flirting?
A guy I really like walked past me and pointed at me with both hands...like a sign for a gun, pointer out & thumb up. And he gave me a huge smile. I thought it meant "You the man!"...but I'm a girl so what is the guy telling me?
And No I don't think he's going to shoot me.

Jesus was Jewish and he saw much wrong with his faith. Greed and corruption were rampant in the temples and Jesus sought reform, not the start of his own religion. He said that he will tear down the temple and rebuild it in three days, but he didn't mean literally. It was a metaphor. All Jesus was trying to do was "tear down" down Temple and rebuild it as it was supposed to be, devoted to Yahweh, and free of corruption and greed. The Bible never actually mentions "Christianity" and for those of you who believe we are a "Christian nation" here in America, please take note of the Roman Empire and how Constantine co-opted and corrupted Christianity for his own purpose of staying in power. It happened then, it will happen again if we let it. Separation of Church and State is meant to protect religion from politics and politics from religion. Those who don't remember/learn from the past are condemned to repeat it. Are we? Agree? Disagree?

The reason the Limbo has been abolished is the huge number of children that die every day without being baptized. It seems that someone within the limbo complained about the crowd that has been entering the last 50 years. The lack of space makes the limbo uninhabitable. GIVE ME A BREAK!!!

i'm taking my cat to the vet tomorrow, but would like an idea if possible of what it might be.
Two nights ago, first noticed "droopy" eyes. Kind of blinking alot, but no discharge. Two days ago, she stopped eating and drinking. Now, she only sleeps and eats little bits of food out of my hand (tuna). She walks really stiffly and fell over when she tried to jump on the chair. Has a fever, but no sneezing or runny nose. Very small intermitent eye discharge. I'm so sad and I can't pay the vet much. Does anyone have any idea what this could be?
thank you....please email me if u need more info.

Don't you think the parents of the killer should get prison time for what they did? There is NO excuse for raising a son like that. They had to have abused him sexually or something. Charges need to be filed against them. They should at least be sued for everything that they are worth.

Or did I buy the wrong thing?
This might be a dumb question, so hang in there. He is always working on his cars, a newer dodge neon and an old saturn. I bought a Craftsman 3 ton hydraulic jack, that is subtitled a SUV jack. He can still use it for his vehicles, the 3 ton SUV is just an example of how large a vehicle it can support, right? Or should I make an exchange?
Thanks for your help.

hospital, he was already hallucinatory from the effects of the cancer treatment. Therefore he was not in the right condition to accept christ before he died. I prayed intently for years for him to be saved but it didn't happen. I've lost my faith and stopped going to church because of this. He was the kindest, loving and most generous man I've ever known and to think that he's not in heaven kills me inside. I'm never the same after his death and I'm still hating God for it.

Just recently, I saw my 12 year old daughter looking around at some boy shorts underwear like these

http://www.kohls.com/products/product_page_vanilla2.jsp?PRODUCT%3C%3Eprd_id=420018227&FOLDER%3C%3Efolder_id=2961387&ASSORTMENT%3C%3East_id=3440897&CONTENT%3C%3Ecnt_id=102027239&bmUID=1177131102230

and I thought to myself...why is she looking at those now? What's wrong with her underwear now, similar to this:

http://www.oldnavy.com/browse/product.do?cid=35351&pid=481845

(and I know that because I am a mom who does the laundry around here) Should I be worried about her wanting boy shorts, or is it ok for a 12 year old to have boy shorts. Is it even any of my business, questioning my daughter's underwear? Should I just let it go and not mention it and not worry, and not make a big deal out of it? Is this something to worry about? Will I need to worry about it in the future? Thanks in advance!

I check the FDA site daily and have seen no reports of the recalled foods being safe. I have always fed my dog-part chow/ part golden, pedigree. Every other day we give him a pedigree pouch mixed in. Anyway, tonight I went to the local Weis store and all of their total pet stuff is still on the shelves! I asked and the manager says that if it wasn't safe it wouldn't be on the shelf. I have been making my own dog food and treats lately and this just got me to thinking. Has there been a statement that any of the recalled foods are now safe? And --though I seriously doubt it, could they be believed???
