Should our country's laws be based on those laws and beliefs of the Bible? For those of you who believe we are a "Christian nation" here in America, please take note of the Roman Empire and how Constantine co-opted and corrupted Christianity for his own purpose of staying in power. It happened then, it will happen again if we let it. Separation of Church and State is meant to protect religion from politics and politics from religion. Those who don't remember/learn from the past are condemned to repeat it. Are we? Agree? Disagree?
