The Bible tells us one question that will be uppermost on Christ the Messiah's mind when he returns. It's found in Luke 18:8 after he told the parable of the persistent widow who managed to get justice from the unjust judge. This parable was told to show his disciples that they should always pray and not give up:

"I tell you, he [God] will see that they [his chosen ones who cry out to him day and night] get justice, and quickly. However, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on the earth?"

Those who pray persistently, in faith, are more likely to be pleasing to the Lord when he returns than those who argue over denominations, or who only pray as a matter of form, or who give up praying. And, as Jesus went on to say in his next parable, it was the humble sinner who prayed on his knees for God's mercy who was justified before God.

Remember, lots of Christians (mostly conservative and/or non-denominational) believe in either a pre-tribulation or mid-tribulation rapture. (ie: We all check out at either the beginning - or half way through - the seven year "tribulation.") (After the tribulation Jesus come back and his thousand year reign - the millennium - starts.) Hence all those "If the rapture comes this car will be unoccupied" bumper stickers. So if I suddenly stop typing... ;-)

Why imagine? why not acting upon it now while the one true God Jehovah still allowing us time to seek salvation from Him? When the Messiah comes, it will be too late for most of us to ask such a question.

When Jesus comes, he does not take Q&A. His job is to pronounce and execute judgment on nations and peoples. He himself prophesied: “When the Son of man [Christ Jesus] arrives in his glory, and all the angels with him, then he will sit down on his glorious [judgment] throne. And all the nations [on earth] will be gathered before him, and he will separate people one from another, just as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. And he will put the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on his left. Then the king will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who have been blessed by my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the founding of the world.  For I became hungry and YOU gave me something to eat; I got thirsty and YOU gave me something to drink. I was a stranger and YOU received me hospitably;  naked, and YOU clothed me. I fell sick and YOU looked after me. I was in prison and YOU came to me.’  Then the righteous ones will answer him with the words, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty, and give you something to drink?  When did we see you a stranger and receive you hospitably, or naked, and clothe you?  When did we see you sick or in prison and go to you?’  And in reply the king will say to them, ‘Truly I say to YOU, To the extent that YOU did it to one of the least of these my brothers, YOU did it to me.’” (Matthew 25:31-40) Verse 46 goes on to relate that the goat class “will depart into everlasting cutting-off, but the righteous ones into everlasting life.”

Er, I'm pretty sure they know he doesn't belong to any church. Unless you're talking about Juan's brother...then he'll most likely belong to the Catholic church.

It will be the "great and dreadful" day... great for those who are prepared and dreadful for those who procrastinated their repentance...
I have faith and hope that for me it will be a "great" day!
