Warriors. Mavericks some how can not beat the Warriors. You never know though. But i say Warriors in 6. The Warriors will tire them out with their agressive type of offense, and they will want this series more as they had to wait 13 years to finally get in the playoffs. I also think the Warriors can be one of the more dangerous teams in the playoffs. People are hating on the Warriors a lot, but they are a fun and exciting team to watch with a bright future ahead if they do not let go any of the young people or the stars. i.e. Monta Ellis, Andris Biedrins, Baron Davis, Jason Richardson. keep those four and this team looks pretty bright in the long road.

The Warriors played well during the regular season and are the only team that Dallas did not defeat. That being said the play-offs are a whole different ball game. Defense is what counts in the play-offs and the Warriors haven't got much. Dallas does. Run and gun will get points if you can get it started this won't happen in the play-offs. Does Don Nelson know the Mavericks of course he does just like Avery Johnson knows Don Nelson. Don likes to score and Avery likes defense so what happens when you have a team that can score and who is great on defense that is the team that will win. I will give the Warriors one game but that is all. Dallas Mavericks in 5 with at least one being a total blow out for the Mavericks.

Mavericks. They will win in 4 games because the Mavericks have a very good team with Jason Terry, Josh Howard, Jerry Stackhouse, and many more. The Mavericks have a better team than the Warriors. The Warriors don't have a good team as their two best players are Jason Richardson and Baron Davis. When the Warriors traded with the Pacers this season they didn't trade for any good players. The Mavericks will be beat the Warriors badly. I would say all four games would be blow out games for the Mavericks.

mavericks in 6 games. although my warriors beat the mavs all the time in the regular season, few of the warriors actually have playoff experience. and the playoffs are totally different from the regular season, so the regular season matchups mean nothing to me. we can give dallas problems but i think they are the better team. only once has an 8 seed beaten a 1 seed, denver over seattle. there was the the time the knicks won as an 8 seed but that was a shortened nba season and they would have been a much higher seed had it been a full season.

This should be a sweep by the Mavs but they might have an "off" night and give one to the Warriors. The Mavs are too deep for the Warriors to do much to them. I say Mavs in 4 and that's my final answer!

mavs. sweep or in 5 thow all stats away(3-0/gs, best record in the league etc./mavs) playoffs is different atomosphere..... Dallas will kill Golden State w/ the D. Nellie being a former coach is not an excuse, he has influence but Avery's approach is different. Most of the players that played under nellie aren't even on the roster, and that are still playing with the mavs only played under Nellie for half a season with the exception of Josh Howard and Dirk. I think this series is being overhyped but is definately one to watch.

mavericks in 5...the warriors' defense has improved but is still very suspect, so the mavs should score plenty of points and their defense will be able to limit the warriors' offense

Mavs in 5.
They will have a let down in one of the games in Golden State, but other than that, this series isn't going to last any longer.
