is their a certain kind of sand that is to be used in a Sand Filter for my above ground pool???? I have been told to use a more agressive sand, and i have also been told to just purchase the play sand from Lowes or Home DePot???? Is their a difference? And what is the correct sand to use???????? PLEASE HELP.... I Dont want my filter to Blow up.......

When I double-click on the Train Simulator icon it just says 'Train Simulator requires Hardware Acceleration'. My acceleration is already set to full. I am running Windows XP Professional with Service Pack 2 and DirectX 9 on a 1.1GHz processor. Can you please help me?

Can anyone tell me what the best way to get a job is. Should I post my resume on Monster or hotjobs.com? Buy the local sunday paper? Is networking a good way? Should I walk from company to company filling out applications? What about a temp agency? I hear that with most temp agency jobs, the company ends up hiring you directly and then you can get benefits. Let me know your thoughts.

How is "God's Plan" affected by free will? When Cho shoots someone, is that Cho's plan or God's plan? How can yo have God's Plan and free will at the same time? Yuo can't just say "God knew what he would choose." Knowing what Cho would choose and planning for him to do it are two different things.

hi guys i really need to get out there and make new friends and do something differnt with my life .
my youngest went to nursery in september and since then i havent really moved on ..
im starting to feel really lonely .when deven was at home i used to take him to lots of playgroups ect so now he is in nursery my social life has all but dissapeared .
