Nothing.

To each her own.

First you need to define the word "SL*T" ... for yourself.

If I saw a young girl dressed that way ... I would NOT be shocked and I would not stare. She has the right to dress sexy ... period. Its more of a "power thing" and a way to get attention.

My personal definition of slutty is ... "a style or personality that is too sexy for what the average person or majority can accept." However, alot of women are offended by the word, so it's a useless word to actually say or use in conversation.

At the turn of the century, if a woman would have worn a mini-skirt she would have definitely been called slutty or possibly arrested. A woman showing her ankles at that time was considered wild (or in your words slutty).

A SL*T to me has 4 different definitions.

(1) A female that is being emotionally abused by her enemies or fake friends.

(2) A female that has the sexual desires of a man. And follows her own sexual rules and style of dress.

(3) A female that dresses sexy and likes to have sex just for the enjoyment of sex (similar to a man).

(4) A horny man (but this would be a compliment, since it would imply he is having alot of sex and is successful with the woman. His guy friends would ask for advice and tips. Yes, its a double standard).

If I met a 20ish female that somehow manages to weave in wearing fishnet stockings with jeans high heels and a conservative top ... is she a slut? Maybe she just loves fishnet stockings.

This society is too prudish.

Any judgment of "sluttiness" is in the eye of the beholder, and does not reflect the reality of the type of person the girl being judge might actually be. We have no right to judge anypne else by our standards, nor do we have a right to intervene in the relationship between a girl and her mother (or anyone else0 without being asked.

The presence of bare skin does not a slut make! Believe me, there are many times that I show a great deal of bare skin, even going totally naked when appropriate (beach, pool, etc.) and trust me, I am definitely NOT a slut.

It's not my place to either judge whether someone else's kid is dressed appropriately, OR to comment on it to the parent.
I know if someone walked up to me or my kid and said something derogatory about the way she was dressed I'd probably either scream, "Oh my god! What kind of pervert says that sort of thing about a teen ager?!?!?!" at the top of my lungs.
I guarantee I would embarrass the sh*t out of the fathead.

I wouldn't say a word. I'd work on myself and the reason I thought the female form was "slutty". Seek help, k?

Unfortunately not enough women, young or older, seem to believe that " sexy" looking can be achieved without a majority of their privates being flaunted. It is only disrespecting themselves. A women dressed with class is sexier and far more impressionable.

Clothes don't make the girl, your time would be better spent finding some good to do rather than giving out unwanted opinions on other people's choice of attire. And yes I do disagree with how some young girl's dress but it would be more productive to target the retailers to try and improve the type of clothing available to girls....personally I blame Bratz dolls.

I might roll my eyes, but I probably wouldn't say anything to her.....it is her mother's problem.

I have actually seen this type of scenario when I was shopping with my own daughter and I usually use it as a teaching experience for her.

I truthfully have considered females as youthful as 8 donning mini skirts and hooker boots, with a tube suitable walking around the food market with their mothers and dads. What approximately sexual predators!?!?!?! i do no longer do something or say something, this is their selection my opinion will no longer replace something.

Well, usually I see the mom dressed like the daughter so there's really not much to say.

What if I saw "YOU" and I didn't dig what you were wearing? Do you think I have the right to say something to you or your mother that is insulting?
