I hav been working out near 4 months. But then, my weight only decreased by 3kg/ 6.6lbs. But then i could see my triceps, biceps, my legs muscles bulging out, and my stamina increased by 3 times. The problem is, i only lost 6.6 lbs and the stubborn bellyfat is still there. Pls tell me how to lose like 10 lbs by august and drop like 4 inches of belly fats.
And pls do not post those answers like asking me to buy those slimming pills, or diet pills or other slimming products because i dun believe in such things. Thanks a lot.
