If your grandmother has custody of you, your mother will have to sue you grandmother for custody. Depending on how old you are the judge will ask you what you want, doesn't mean you'll get it he just wants your opinion.

Your mother will have to prove that she can support you and provide a stable enviornment for you.

Remember if your grandmother has custody there is a reason your mother doesn't and it could be difficult for her to get custody back.

If your grandmother doesn't have legal custody all your mother has to do is come get you.

Every state has different laws, also why is your grandmother your guardian and not your mom? Be very careful about this move and find out all the facts! There is a reason you dont live with your mother and maybe you need to know what it is first.

how old are you? You need to find out the age a child can make their own decisions about who they want to live with in your state. If your not happy and you want to live with your mother, talk to your Grandmother about it, who knows she may understand. You never know unless you ask.
