I hav been working out near 4 months. But then, my weight only decreased by 3kg/ 6.6lbs. But then i could see my triceps, biceps, my legs muscles bulging out, and my stamina increased by 3 times. The problem is, i only lost 6.6 lbs and the stubborn bellyfat is still there. Pls tell me how to lose like 10 lbs by august and drop like 4 inches of belly fats.
And pls do not post those answers like asking me to buy those slimming pills, or diet pills or other slimming products because i dun believe in such things. Thanks a lot.

dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training

we will start with the obvious--you are lifting weights and that builds muscle---muscle weighs more than fat--so you may have lost 16 pounds of fat and gained 12 pounds of muscle
only showing an overall weight loss of 6 pounds----if you are strictly looking fir weight loss--don't lift heavy weights--
and do aerobic type exercise to lose fat without replacing it with muscle-----as far as how come the belly fat is still there--the sad fact is --as you lose fat it is evenly coming off your entire body--you Can not reduce only your belly---what i would do-is low carb low calorie diet--with 1 hour a day aerobic exercise--stick with this for the month and you should drop alot of fat

Hello,
you need to *run*, which is the only way to burn fat (unless you are an ectomorph). Weight training is awesome but it doesn't burn fat.
Also, try eating a little less (like, 250 calories less each day), eat more proteins (help building muscles, which burn fat), each calcium and essential fats which both help you burn fat.

o, boy, dude, how come u don't know that u don't lose weight in gym? u gain muscles. coe on your belly u have pure, 100% fat u need to stop eating like there is no tomorrow. and do cardio. cardio and diet the best medicines for losing weight
