lets say you slip and fall at walmart,you talk to the manager and fill out an accident report,a couple of days later awoman from the claims department calls you and tells you that the isle you got hurt in doesnt have a camera,the toy isle,of all places,and you tell her that the manager tells you that it was on camera,and looks up at the camera,and she tells you that the manager is on vacation,can anybody help?who should i talk to?

I have the following situation:

I got a refund from my 401K for contributions in 2005. I got the refund in 2006 and recently (in 2007) got a 1099R form which has a Distribution code P.

My Tax software (TaxCut from H&R Block) does not allow me to show this as an income in 2006. It tells me that I have to amend my 2005 return to show this as additional income. While it makes sense that its taxable income for 2005, I am not sure how to proceed.

Questions:
1. Is this correct? Do I have to file amendment for my 2005 taxes?

2. Should I just file 2006 return as usual without any information about this refund?

3. If I have to file an amendment for 2005, I will have to pay taxes on the refund I got from 401k. Do I have to pay any penalty/interest since I did not report or pay this earlier? (I couldn't report this earlier because I got this 1099R in early 2007)


Any other thoughts?

Does anybody else here love Beyonce as much as I do. She is beautiful!! She is young and has alot going for herself! She has a gorgeous bf and wonderful family backing her up. I look up to her and wish I could be more like her, only thing is I can't sing, lol! I am waiting for her tickets to go on sale so I can be one of the first to buy them. My bf tells me I'm obsessed with her. We got into an argument because I wanted to watch her on a tv program and he wanted to watch a game. He said I'm too into her. I just like her alot and she never does anything wrong or doesn't party or do drugs. Like Britney, Lindsey, Paris and other young stars. She is so smart. Beyonce fans give me a holla!! ; )

From time to time my girlfriend of 5 months will tell a story about an old boyfriend. I haven't said anything to her, but it makes me uncomfortable and also makes me wonder why she is telling me about an old boyfriend. Is there some psychological reason she does this? Okay, Im eating good, healthy food. In example:
Breakfest:1/2 cp. whole wheat cereal, 1/2 cp milk & 1 banana
Lunch: Salad w/crab meat & yougurt
Dinner:Chicken w/o skin, green beans and fruit
Snack:grapes, celery w/peanut butter

Does this sound like a good eating plan to you? Im also working out 5 times a week; 30 minutes of strength training + 30 minutes of jogging. Tell me what you think
