Actually you'd want to increase the CUP size, as the NUMBER is the measurement around your chest (band size).
Pills and gels do not work, only surgery or gaining a lot of weight.

get some wrist weights and practice raising your arms above your head and opening and closing your elbows. Pushups are good also.
