Okay I'm going to try and answer your question the best way i can. So I'm just trying to figure out what you mean by what do women what. Okay i guess well that you are talking about what does a women look for in a man. well this is my opinion, so i look for a man that is able to take care of them self and don't think that the have a maid at home with them all the time. Also some one that knows what he want in life, has a job, knows how to make their own money, romantic, nows when and when not to joke, funny sweet and did i forget to say romantic, at least good-looking, not afraid to speak his mind, also not afraid to show and share there feelings with a female. Always act there self and doesn't change when he is with you in front of his friends. Also he cant be afraid to kiss me or hold my hand in front of his friends. There are a lot of good points and answers, here. It would be easier to say what women SHOULD want, rather than the reality of what they do.

So my advice would be, to ignore the women who are looking to be with a man for the wrong reason (Unless, I guess - you don't mind. Then who could stop you?) But assuming you want a real (good) woman:

A real woman will not be self-seeking/thinking the world revolves around her, a gold-digger, a "playerette", deceitful, immature, or trifling.

A real woman will be straight-up, responsible, honest/trustworthy, reliable, know when to laugh - and when to be serious, considerate, able to appreciate and love you for who you are, faithful, mature, respectful - and therefore, easy to love.

If a woman has any sense and maturity of mind - aside from the chemistry and attraction element - she will be looking for someone with those same traits. In my opinion - while she should be able to naturally expect acts of love, appreciation, and thoughtfulness... unless and until, she's looking at you for a husband - she should not be expecting you to take care of her, financially.

If she wants you to change who you are (for her own interests, instead of in YOUR best interest) -
If she wants you for your money -
If she wants you just for show -
If she doesn't believe in reciprocation -
If she is not (within reason) EVERYTHING you need and want -

Leave her at the door.

Women want to be treated with respect, to know that you actually care, and are listening, Some women like the sweet nothings, Some like romantic gestures, Some aren't as high maintence, Some are just kinda basic and don't expect much.

The eternal question which has vexed many a man, me included. From my experience women are individuals and what one woman wants is not necessarily going to be the same thing another wants. In the case of quite a few they want a bad boy who treat them slightly badly and the rare few want someone who will respect and treasure them (I think my cynicism may be showing).
