Could you tenderise my meat for me? That would be sweet of you.

Not usually. I either buy meat that's tender to begin with, or I make it more tender DURING cooking (like a pot roast).

I use marinade when I can. I was led to believe that the meat tenderizers aren't real good for your stomach. I also, try to buy better cuts of meat or use slow (crock pot) methods of cooking cheaper cuts of meat.

Without question. I just put a tenderized piece of roast beef in the oven 5 minutes ago.......by the way, love the cap, wonder why nurses don't wear them anymore? I asked my supervisor that once and she told me that nurse's back then felt that wearing them was sexist because the male nurse's weren't required to do so. After I graduate I intend to wear them. Wonder if I can even find any. They look so classic and professional.

Well, I enjoy it nice and soft. Then I work on it. Though its suppose to tender, its harder. When I am prepaired to cook it , I make sure the oven is nice and hot also. While placing it, it always a warm and pleasureable event.
