At this point we don't know all exactly how many have died today at Virginia Tech. Last count I heard.....30 dead. Will you please join me in praying for the lives lost, and the families dealing or about to deal with their loss?

I’ll pray for their souls and for their families.. I’ll pray to see the end of terrorism and cruelty in the world before I die.. I’ll pray for living in a better and peaceful world..

I don't understand the point of praying for the dead. They are either in heaven with the Father or they are not. There's nothing to be done by doing that. That's if I trust God to have told me the truth about all that.
But for those that are still living:
Prayer done.

I don't think praying to invisible higher powers in the sky will solve anything.
I think people's actions on earth to take a firm stance to halt gun ownership and its appeal is the only way to go.
And that means England too, when you consider the recent spate of shootings across London
