Get yourself a lawyer and sue them. That's the only way you'll get their attention. Wal-Mart is notorious for blowing off people who get hurt in their stores.

You will need to continue dealing with the CMI (Claims Management). If you were injured as a result of the fall then you should seek medical attention, then talk to the claims worker from Wal-Mart to ensure your bills get paid. If you are not injured then there is really nothing for you to do. It also depends on whether you are a customer or an associate.

It depends on the injury. If you're over it already, you forget about it and move on with your life. If it's a serious injury, you talk to a lawyer.

Did you get a copy of the accident report? Did you get the name of the manager? Were there any witnesses? Can you support your claim, and document that it was serious enough to pursue a claim against Walmart? If you can't support it, move on with your life and don't worry about it.

If it's nothing major, why bother. Don't we have enough frivolous lawsuits in this country? That is why stores have to compensate by raising their prices. If you weren't badly hurt just chalk it up as just one of those things. It was just an accident. Wal-Mart didn't set it up so you would slip and fall on purpose!

Keep going up the chain of command, whatever that is. You can usually get somebody by politely saying, "May I talk to your supervisor?" They won't usually want to deny you this, because the supervisor could get mad at them for it.
If you got injured in the store, it is in the store's interests to pay your bills.
But if you find that nobody is cooperating, yes, see a lawyer about liability.
