I say yes. Definitely. It sounds a lot like my physical training in my advanced training for the Army. I ate low calorie foods and I never added anything to them like salt or sugar and I drank plenty of water, too. I was working out 6 times a week. I would run one day and work out the rest of my body the next day then it was back to running and so on. It was a very good routine for me and in the 13 weeks I was there I lost over 50 pounds and was in the greatest shape of my life when I completed training. I had a lousy time on my 2 mile run but at the end I was able to run 2 miles in about 15 minutes. So your approach to weight loss sounds a lot like what I did for my physical training in the Army. A good diet and good exercise is a proven way to lose weight. You just have to be willing to put forth the effort

Well I do not have a tendency to position plenty of attention on energy. Eating apples, bananas and celery sticks is plenty more healthy than consuming cookies desserts and sweet, however fruit and vegetables do not fairly have plenty of energy. So, larger to prize excellent over volume. (And you do not ought to inform men and women approximately your calorie enter and output, because it does not fairly make feel whilst you appear on the tremendous image) I do not suppose you are "fairly fats." Losing 12 kilos in 10 days even though is just a little speedy. I'd endorse seeking to maintain within the protein (it does not ought to be meat-it may be within the kind of nuts, beans, lentils) and maintaining within the end result and greens, They won't upload as much as a host of energy, however they are more healthy and deliver far more vitamins and minerals than different stuff will. It generally is a venture to modify up your nutrition and stick with a routine that your loved ones would possibly not "freak out" approximately. Just maintain it low fats, probably take a look at a few hearty soups with a facet off uncooked greens, and feature a few fish or fowl if want be. But in time you must be competent to set up a steadiness among the best way you wish to devour and the best way others are consuming (which traditionally would be increased too). Just maintain in brain that the meals pyramid advises consuming typically end result and greens. The meat, bread, and dairy must be eaten extra sparingly. Switching to goat cheese and rice milk are larger choices, as goat cheese is extra quite simply digestible than cow's cheese is, and rice milk is larger for the frame than cow's milk (which is supposed just for cows besides).

It seems that you are well on your way to better health! While your plan is sound, I would recommend watching the intake of sugar, sodium, and fat that some of the foods you're eating may contain. For example, how much sugar is in your cereal and yogurt? How much sodium is in the crab meat and celery? Unneccessary amounts of sodium and sugar can stall weight loss by causing your body to retain excess fluids in the tissues, causing your body to hold on to ounces and pounds that you are trying to lose. And even though you are eating "healthy" fats like peanut butter, to your body, it is still fat. To have the best results, try to eat something with less fat per serving, like veggies. Most dark-green, leafy veggies are low in calories, have virtually no fat, and contain fiber, which will help keep you satisfied until your next meal.

Sounds like a solid plan. It includes proteins, carbs, and a small amount of fat, as well as veggies, dairy, and fruits as well as a sensible exercise plan. Watch your portions, and you will do very well.
