I think 17 not sure though but if you stop showing up they wont be able to do anything excpept suspend you then finally expell you

If you're so smart you can drop out, you must be smart enough to look this up online. The Pennsylvania statutes are all located online. You should have no trouble finding the one you want.

OK, I won't tell you to stay in school.

But enjoy being unemployable beyond about the level of burger flipper. You'll be recognized as a quitter, as someone who can't be counted on, and as someone with the lowest aspirations possible. But with hard work, maybe you can afford to rent a double-wide some day...
