I have always been in good cardiovascular shape, but I took up weight training in January. I train 3 days a week, usually 5 different exercises, and I do them to failure. I usually do assisted pull-ups, assisted dips, tricep pull-downs, chest press, glutes, etc. How much muscle weight can I reasonably have gained in 4.5 months? I am a small-framed woman, 24 years old. Thank you!

I mean when they are eating in the fancy restaurant in the hotel, vesper is leaves because she looks on her phone and then she says "mathus needs me"
Then a few seconds later, james says "mathus???" and knows something is wrong,
What caused him to figure out that she is in danger?
Like what did he think, and what caused him to think this? I missed out on that detail

My hero is my friend neil for right now. Hes one of the only people that is helping me with all of these issues right now. He made me have a different outlook on things and he made me believe i would be ok with the past and he doesnt know it, but he just saved me in a million ways.

A professor was giving a lecture on the supernatural. To get a feel for his audience, he asks "How many people here believe in ghosts?"

About 90 students raise their hands. "Well, that's a good start. Out of those of you

I get this feeling whenever I see an armadillo. A feeling that they are Holy. Who's to say that God only has a human form? I've never seen that in the Bible I like to read. So maybe, just maybe, the mighty armadillo is the mirror-image of God in all His glory!
