What exercises can I do to lose weight FAST?
I don't have a lot of time or a gym membership.
I go on very brisk 40 minute walks of a night time but what else can I do?

There are lots of places online where you can learn to lose weight and/or build some muscle. Here is a good place to start. Losing weight can be hard work, but it is well worth the effort. Just remember baby steps count too. Keep working out and eat healthy and in a few weeks you may surprised by the results! There needs to be an energy balance in which the calories you spend exceed the number of calories you intake. Certainly, cardio workouts (running, cycling) coupled with a low calorie diet will burn calories quick, but be careful it is very unhealthy to lose more that 2-3 pounds per week. Your body needs time to adjust or your heart will seriously stressed. You also need a plan to keep the weight off. Many dieters lose the weight, but gain it back soon after.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

Exercise at home. Push-ups, sit ups, jumping jacks, jumping rope etc. and eating healthy . Subsitute all that junk food with much more healthy foods. Drink Lots of water. and instead of walking .. try jogging or just change your walking pace and most importantly.. try sticking with these methods!

swap out brown rice or quinoa yes even the new super food which both add up to about 220 calories per cup for cauliflower or roasted peppers that are only about 30 calories per cup
