I get this feeling whenever I see an armadillo. A feeling that they are Holy. Who's to say that God only has a human form? I've never seen that in the Bible I like to read. So maybe, just maybe, the mighty armadillo is the mirror-image of God in all His glory!

God states in Genesis that he made man in His image not an armadillo. The animals are the creation of God in all their many splendid shapes and sizes. What an imagination God must have. To dream up an armadillo. Someday, maybe you can ask Him about where He got the plan for that one.

"In His image" has nothing to do with the physical.
It has to do with qualities.
When someone is super patient, we say he has the patience of Job.
The individual reflect the quality for which Job is well known.
Man is the only creature that can best reflect Godly qualities.
Granted, he doesn't do it.
But he does have the capacity.
In that way, he is in God's image.
