i know i ask stupid questions , but i also know i answer some stupid ones too.

It's 2 easy points. If it's a stupid question, chances are we're not going to give a well thought out, intelligent answer, so we're probably going to think of an answer fairly quickly that could be just as stupid as the question itself. You can type down the first thing that comes into your head, and get your 2 points in a few seconds. Therefore, you keep answering stupid questions quickly, and you get points faster.
Or, it's just for fun.
And yes, I realize this answer could be seen as well thought out and intelligent, even though it may not be intelligent at all, and could just be the ramblings of some bored guy with nothing else to do...... You decide.

What's really weird is when the asker of a question actually answers it in the details section....I can't tell you how many questions I've quickly passed over because the asker has chosen to answer it for you, leaving virtually no reason to continue

well if u ask me this is a pointless question as well. so i guess we answer questions to get 2 points...cuz they're easy to answer...i don't answer the hard questions...so any question i can answer is pretty much a stupid question...does that help...lol...u should choose mine as the best answer and give me 10 points instead of 2....lol...thanx...

I believe, this is just me though, because of random silliness that strikes a cord in positivity and creativity. I like to have fun with those and be serious when needed.
