I was drinking water and out of nowhere i accidently swallowed like 7+ ants. im assuming this much. what will happen. i feel disgusted right now?

Actually, they're considered a delicacy in some parts of the world. There are some specialty shops even here in the U.S. where you can buy chocolate covered ants. Just write it off as a little extra protein and you'll be fine.
