Do you let them go to a vote or do you pick the best answer

i pick best answer. i dont really know why people let it go to a vote unless there are a ton of good answers. i personally like to see things resolved.
just my opinion.

Yuppersz, I make sure all the questions I asked gets resolved. 99% of the time I pick the best answer, I think it was like only once or twice I left the voters do it because I wasn't sure which one to pick. Other than that, I pick 'em. Tomorrow, I'm going to have to come back and choose the answer that I had in my mind for the best, because I don't think I will still be on Y!A by the time the 4 hours are officially up! What about you? Do YOU choose your best answers? o_0

Generally I resolve them myself. On the ones that have a concrete answer generally it'a after I get a straight answer. On the questions that have more than one answer and none are either rigth or wrong (such as the one I have open right now) at the first cut off point I'll see if there are still answers coming in. If so I will extend and wait 'trill the last minute. If not I'll just go ahead and pick a best answer.

I don't think I've ever let a single question of mine go to a vote. I usually give it at least 24 hours before I pick a Best Answer.

I always pick best answer even if I only get one answer, people took the time to answer so I take the time to pick best one

I like to pick the best answer myself, even though it might
be a random question !
I know when I get a best answer, I get a warm fuzzy feeling
when it's chosen from the asker.
When it goes to vote, it just isn't the same at all !

I like to pick the best answer, but once I was travelling and forgot all about a question. I felt like I left my ppl down!!

I always TRY to choose a best answer, rather than leave it to vote. But, unfortunately, I can't always be here to resolve them myself.
