who decides who gets punished for freedom of speach and who just gets told 2 please stand back just a little

People are always complaining about people that can vote but do not......I take another position. I thing it is completely irresponsible to vote unless you have some awareness of the issues and where candidates stand......

Voting for the sake of voting is totally irresponsible........

It all boils down to being an INFORMED voter...

I have a 9 week old kitten (male) and recently got a 6 week old kitten (female). The female kitten is suckling on the males pads on his paws. Is this normal or should i try and stop it? It doesn't seem to hurt him.

Iam using following code to track visitor's IP Address :

In ASP, But it is returning my own server's IP instead of visitor's.


Can any one tell what the problem is.

there is a young guy living in the apartment above me and he is constantly blaring his music to the point that my furniture actually vibrates, we spoke to him twice about it then the third time i rang his landlord who had a word, but it keeps happening, it is during the night time from around half 11 to after 2am, however on tuesday he came home for a party at 3am and partied all through the night they didnt leave until after 8:30!!! so i contacted his landlord again, and he had a word! again!!

he has apologised again and left his number so we can ring him if it happens again, but am i wrong in thinking that i shouldnt have to ring and tell him off, he should know!!!

i mean my partner starts work at 3am so you can imagine what its like being kept awake until the early hours of the morning with his partying.

I understand cats are nocturnal, but our kittens decide they want to play hockey and kitten-derby at 11 at night and 4 in the morning but they sleep all day. Is there any way we can switch that around by changing feeding times or something? We try playing with them right before bed but that just winds them up more. Any thoughts?

I like the amazon princess outfit. The rest show a bit too much flesh but I would alter them. The fairy and bellydance outfit are close.
