Okay so this is my problem. My seven year old nephew is one of those lil boys who on top of having a super energetic attitude, has a SMART *** mouth. And I will admit I can be strict, but thats only if your attitude asks for it. And I will spank your *** if you get outta line, but only as a last resort. Now I havent been around him for a while and he is steadily getting worse, as he gets older. So now when my sister brings him over I dread it, because I have to restrain myself from getting on his bad ***, because she will have an attitude with me and UNDERMIND me in front of him, which makes him of course think its ok for him to do what he does and also think I cant do nothing to him. But whats messed up is, ill get on him for something and he'll run to his mom(my sister) and then she'll scold me and then not even 2seconds later she's getting on him and spanking him for the SAME thing I was getting on him for. I understand its her kid, but i'm his Uncle. Anybody else go trhough this?

My Partner scares me sometimes. He has a bad temper and when he has had a drink in the past he has pushed me out of the house. He has raised a glass to my face. He has left me in strange towns we have visited when he gets drunk and it is sometimes late at night. He is very sensitive and if I say something suspicious he will wear me down to find out information and ask me the same question repeatedly.

How is it a person can out source his girlfriend to a minor post in the State Dept, but pay her 195,000.00 a year ( tax free), and her income is paid by the World Bank?
She is working in the State Dept and getting paid more than Condaleeza Rice? This is supposed to be a person who is reforming World Bank practices? I see foxes in the hen house.

I filed my taxes about a month ago, and have recently received my refund check. I claimed myself, because my parents said they couldn't. I lived with them for six months last year, before I moved out on my own for the first time. I asked them before I filed my taxes and they told me to claim myself. So I did. But now they're doing their taxes and have found out that they CAN claim me, because it was a little over half a year that I lived with them. They want me to ammend my tax return so that they can get the tax break. But I'm going to have to pay back some of my refund if I do that. What should I do? I moved out becuase things weren't the best between us, and my dad's been mad at me for a long time. But now he wants my help to save them money....but I'm going to lose money in the process (I need it for school and my wedding). What would you do? Do you have any advice?

It is a small leak on a seam, that only leaks when we park it on an angle/slope. My husband and I are having financial difficulties and aren't sure if we can get it fixed before it is due for its next eCheck (in May). What do you think? Thank you.
