My brother in law said that he didn't get his federal refund and wanted to know why he wouldn't get one. Is the above reasons the only reason the federal goverment would offset the refund?

I live in a rural region, it seems that all TV station transmitters have the same location, I'm thinking maybe each TV station has their own transmitter which happens to be in the same location with other TV station... Is this true?

I live in Houston, TX and love it! Great people, so many cultural offerings, a lot of diversity, the ability to do so much for so cheap. I'm about to move to Austin, TX, though, which is another great city, so we'll see how that move goes.

The first time I visited that part of Yahoo Answers eight months ago, there wasn't any question to answer. I was also surprised to see that there are subcategories like Baguio, Manila, etc...

A childhood friend of mine has been missing for about 6 years now and is presumed dead.
Although we only knew each other as children,, I have neither spoken to her nor seen her for 17 years.
And barely think of her.
Last night I dreamt I saw her corpse she was beautiful, but soaked and blue and bloated.
When I approached her,, she opened her eye's.
What could this mean?
I’ve had premonitions before in my dreams, and they have come to be, but It’s usually meaningless fodder, stupid stuff,, And I blow most things off as coincidence, But this one has me worried.

I think everyone should take a chill pill, this has got blowed out of text. I watch his show every am and you can tell he is joking around. When I played basketball I had blacks, whites from other teams make remarks to myself and other team mates and we just laughed it off. Hey, it's just one person opinion. Go Imus, and I will never watch msnbc again. Also let's look at Sharpen and Jackson hateful remarks , dose anyone really care what they say.

If you are a Christian who truly studies the word to show yourself approved befor God, then how is it that you are suckered in to believing the fly away doctrine? Some get mad at my questions I know; but I only hope that some people get mad enough to check the word- only to find no rapture. Imus’ words did no real damage. Let me tell you what damaged us this week: the sports cover of Tuesday’s USA Today. This country’s newspaper of record published a story about the NFL and crime and ran a picture of 41 NFL players who were arrested in 2006. By my count, 39 of those players were black.
We can’t win the war over verbal disrespect and racism when we have so obviously and blatantly surrendered the moral high ground on the issue. Jesse and Al might win the battle with Imus and get him fired or severely neutered. But the war? We don’t stand a chance in the war. Not when everybody knows “nappy-headed ho’s” is a compliment compared to what we allow black rap artists to say about black women on a daily basis.
