I'm a real "Blazing Saddles" fan and just wondering if I've got any "Waco Kids" out there who want to reminisce about a classic in Western American Cinema.

Love so many scenes...Lili von Shtupp's song...Mongo exclaiming to Sheriff Bart and Waco that he's straight...the line for the villains - "we don't need no stinkin' badges!"...the hangman setting the horse and rider to be hanged...my favorite is probably anything involving the Gov, especially:
Hedley: the meeting is adjourned
Gov: it is?
Hedley: no, Governor, you say that
Gov: what?
Hedley: the meeting is adjourned
Gov: it is?
classic comedy...

The scene where the black sheriff says "Just a minute while I whip this out" I think the entire audience held their breath in shock and anticipation and the laugh was deafening. My least favorite, but can't get it out of my memory: the campfire farts symphony. Ground breaking stuff though. It was back when there was no such thing as a fart...on the screen.

I like the chase scene through the Warner Brothers lot, over to Grauman's Chinese Theater all the way to the end when the heros ride off in the sunset and get in a limo.

i really get a kick out of the campfire scene !!! SOOO hilarious and then near the end of the movie when the crew from 'blazing saddles' ends up in the studio with the chorus line of gay guys' 'dont move or the ****** gets it ' !!! thats such a hilarious line!!!

I saw this movie when it first came out. I was about 17, from the midwest, and had never heard of Mel Brooks before. I actually thought I was going to see a serious western.

My favorite scene is when the sheriff is first riding into town. That is hilarious.

i love the scene with the giant joint. and who can forget "a BLACK sherriff??" or "hey josephus." "whats up, motherf*(a"
top 5 comedy of all time. maybe top 3.

So many good scenes - hard to pick but.... I like this one in particular - "I shoot with this hand." and clsoe behind.... "Candygram for Mongo! Candygram for Mongo!"
