i am 14 and somewhere between 150-160 lbs. i have only a small amount of self-control when it comes to food that tastes good even when i'm not really that hungry. i want to lose some weight for summer so maybe i can wear my new bikini. most of my weight seems to be in my arms and my thighs but i do have some in the stomach area. does anyone help any tricks or diet plans that are cheap-ish AND safe??

i asked a question previously about my sister and a guy...i described her situation and most people told me that they are friends with benefits....i agree! i love my sister and this guy is just using her...she has very strong feelings for him and she has told me that she would be soooo happy if he decided to ask her to be his gf...the problem is that she won't speak up and he is probably thinking that she is ok with the situation..what can i do to help her??

I was talking to a friend one day who had expired apple cider in their refrigerator. They said that apple cider actually doesnt go bad but ferments, becomes alcoholic, is this actually true? Can apple cider just become hard from sitting around and not adding yeast/sugar to it?

I've tried feeding it frozen shrimp, squid, & fish. They wont eat anything except live fish ( usually goldfishes ). How do I get them to eat anything else. Or what else can I feed them. I have 6 ternetzi's about 3 inches.

I eat chicken broth to keep the chicken enzyme in me because ive read the enyzme protease helps digest meat but it might be a different enzyme to digest fish and red meat. I was thinking about adding fish to my diet and I was wondering if that would make me sick. its been about six months since I ate fish. I dont want to become sick. anyone else experiment with this?

When i see a group in which i kno some poeple in, i dont kno how to go over there and join in the conversation. I dont think i can just walk up there while everyone is talking about a subject. I think it would be a little werid. What are some ways to join this conversation without looking werid like a person who comes out of no where and starts talking?
