Hello, i weighed myself, 3 days ago. I weighed 10 stone and 6 pounds. I was determined to lose weight, i was going on websites everyday to see if i was fat or not. I discovered i was at risk of being overweight. It helped. Now i have a routine everyday...This is my routine:

Breakfast:
Apple
Water
1 Slice Toast-With Weight Watchers Blackcurrant Jam

Lunch:
Apple
Water
Ham & Salad Sandwich

Dinner:
Chicken & Salad

Pudding:
Fruit- Apple Or Orange

I tried it 3 days ago, and i love it. I used to eat about 7 meals a day :O. I only have 3 now. In 3 days i have lost 5 pounds

I'll start the ball rolling with my confession! I was given a courtesy car while mine was in the garage. I reversed into a truck and the bumper came off!! I got my friends husband to stick it back on as best he could. Drove it back to the garage the next day, parked in the furthest possible space from the office I could find, dropped the keys & collected my car and said nothing. The guilt tore me apart for weeks.

I don't know very much about christianity... Not christian but i was just wondering how that all works out... I also heard some branches of christianity believe that christ was god so... does that mean we're all god also?
