Are doctors' offices deliberately cold to prevent male patients from getting erections in the exam rooms?

Even gynecologist's offices are cold. Maybe it's because the doctors are wearing clothes, and the poor chilly patients only get gowns.

Or maybe doctors don't like the smell of sweat.
