You need more protein and good fats in your diet
as you said you're only 13 and your body is still growing and you need more fuel for it.
if you're really worried about your weight (which you shouldn't be) then go and see your doctor who can refer you to a dietitian who can give you a sensible eating plan that will include all the foods you need for a happy and healthy body.
the websites you are looking at are probably designed for adults and they don't take into account your age.
please get proper professional advice, you could do more harm than good if you don't eat right.

You sound like a very mature young lady, taking responsibility for taking care of yourself. Any changes in diet must be lasting & this means they must be sensible & sustainable. Weight lost slowly has a more permanent effect & is healthier for your body. Quick & drastic diets can give quick results in the short term, but are sometimes hard to stick to & so you end up gaining more weight - also it tends to slow down your metabolism if you're body is suddenly going into 'starvation' mode. Your diet sounds healthy & delicious, but maybe there's room in there for a few healthy treats - on even not healthy ones, but occationally & in moderation. I am also concerned that you could get a bit more calcium in there which is very important for growing women (sesame seeds are good - maybe scope for some homemade cereal bars here - I bet the internet would have recipes) & a bit more healthy fat, say olive oil on your salad & a bit of pure butter on your toast (also calcium rich). It doesn't have to be loaded, but good fats are important for skin & hair & other membranes.
A positive & well informed approach to food & eating is a good idea whether you're losing weight or not.Trying out healthy recipes can be fun too,if you get the chance. There is so much information now, on the internet, tv etc. I find that the more natural & fresh the food the better. Your body is precious & learning how to nourish it & enjoy the good foods that we have available is an important & sometimes under rated life skill.
While nourishing your body physically, don't forget that you are more than your diet! Self esteem is important for young people & it's important to appreciate your body, whatever shape. You are obviously a lively & resourceful young person & life has alot to offer you & vice versa. I suppose what I'm saying is that healthy eating is one aspect of life & to make sure you can do other things that bring you joy, whether it be hobbies, pets, friends, music, or other passions. You are an all round person! Good luck & best wishes. There are many supportive people on this site ready to be there for you if you need it.

The best thing to do is to have a balanced diet plus exercise this is the best way to keep your weight down long term.
If you are trying to eat 5 portions of fruit per day, they have to be different fruits and vegetables, for example if you have an apple in the morning, have an orange at lunchtime and then have grapes or cherries in the evening, if you have that plus salad for lunch and vegetables for dinner, you have an easy way to get 5 a day.
Also try to drink 2.5 litres of water a day as this will flush out the toxins from your body and stop your body systems being sluggish and bloated.
Exercise for about 30mins 3 times a week. Join an aerobics class or go swimming a couple of times a week.
Good luck and it sounds like you are really going for it. Well done on your 5 pounds, but dont be disheartened if this slows down after a couple of weeks its your body's way of adjusting.

I don't think anyone should be congratulating you, you are 13 years old. I know there is a lot of pressure to be thin, but you are not meeting your amount of calories, which means at some point your body will think it is starving, and it will stop burning fat, and start storing it. Its good to watch what you eat, and to eat healthy, more than anything just stay active, like I said before, your only 13. You have a lot of years ahead of you, don't mess up your metabolism this early in life. Just eat a healthy diet of food, a MINIMUM of 1300 calories a day, NO LESS or your body will start storing fat. I struggled with my weight when I was young, and around my 16 birthday my struggles turned into an eating disorder, which I had for 4 years. Caused a lot of health problems which totally suck now (Im 22). My good friend started out like you, on a pretty strict diet to lose weight, hers turned into anorexia over the years when she became less and less satisfied with how she looked, and she died of conjestive heart failure last year, she was only 24. She never even got to experience being married of anything. Don't put a lot of focus into your weight now, jsut enjoy being young. Stay active and enjoy your life.

I'm sorry, I have no idea what 10 stone is.
The fact is, what you eat is considerably less important than how much exercise you get.
You could eat just about whatever you want (within reason) as long as you get sufficient exercise, and you will not gain weight (unless it is muscle).
Diet is important, because you are what you eat - and you have to give your body the energy it needs, but if you do not exercise regularly, then it won't matter how little, or how healthily you eat.
Start by going for jogs/walks, or riding a bicycle - do some simple exercises like situps, pushups, jumping jacks, and the like.
You will feel and look much better - gauranteed.

Congrats! Remember, you probably will stop losing weight as fast as you have. Don't worry! I think it's also a good idea to have a weight goal. Also, don't worry about how you look too much. The key to a good diet is it makes you healthier. Don't do anything too drastic. That's just a precaution. You'll do fine! Keep it up!
