The first thing that strikes me is if the person has some kind of hideous deformity. Here we are talking your conjoined twins, elephantiasis etc. Second thing that is of note is the disposition of the person - are they hostile, armed, shouting non-sensically, or even more disturbingly, throwing their own excrement at your general person. These are certainly turn-offs, however, they are not insurmountable barriers to a meaningful relationship, particularly if the lady in question is well endowed financially and has a nice rack.

Eyes...it's the window to that persons soul. It is for all of us.
Now if we are talking about a distant gaze, long legs and well groomed. Sure, me being a man and I have my personal preferences, the body is going to affect my gazes.
Tall slender blondes, well built and a great walk. That's at a distance.
I however have been disappointed when I see them up close and their personality sucks.

Of course I would notice that it's a Guy ... actually Man is the word I would use.
Doesn't matter about hair, body, eyes .... a sense of humour and being friendly. Depends on what you are asking really.

Im very much particular with how presentable or neat the guy is...it includes not only the way he dress up, but also his scent,(or odor) his face (i hate pimples) HIS BREATH, very important.....then his looks.
