Mr.Random has made a good point. I never included essa rios as he was already a wrestler for wwe and just changed his name and won on his debut as essa but ill give it coz you got 2 others.
Also, it was only mercury debuting as nitro was already with wwe before him!!

So far out of the all the answers we have 4 out of 6:
Gail Kim-womens title
Essa Rios-Lightheavyweight
Joey Murcury - Tag
Carlito - United States
The other 2 were: Christian and Jerry Lynn who both won the lightheavyweight title on their debut!!!
Ill try and ask a few morre tricky ones but this one goes to Mr.Random.

essa rios won the cruiserweight title in his debut
mnm won tag titles from eddie and rey
im not sure on the other ones

1. Gail Kim won the WWE Women's Championship her first night.
2. Goldberg won US Gold first night I think?
3. Owen Hart winning Tag gold? Another guess
4. Kurt Angle wining the IC Belt?
5. Alundra Blaze WWF women's championship?
I know I got first one right and think the second one is the rest are educated guesses.

4. i cant remember if mnm won the tag titles in their first match or shortly after
5. i dont know the tag team one but im eager to find out
