When I was about ten years old, I kept getting tonsillitis, and I had to go into the hospital to have them taken out . When my niece was a little girl, she kept getting tonsillitis, but her doctor wasn't in any hurry to take them out . Now I've learned that doctors try "wait and see" with tonsils instead of taking them out right away . Is this safe ? I know that tonsillitis is caused by badly infected tonsils, and carrying badly infected tonsils around in your throat can't be safe . What's wrong with a good old -- fashioned tonsillectomy ?

i am interested in buying a car i've seen, but the owner said he's changed the speedometer because the old one was broken. is this illegal? i know turning the mileage back on a car is illegal but is this too? i don't want to buy a dodgy car.

Thinking about getting my hair blown out.. and do they use relaxers or anything cuz I dont want chemicals in my hair! And I have heat sensitive hair and lotsa split ends... How did you like your blow out, and what do they do?? And how long does it last?

I have looked and looked through the questions and all of the rude, narrow minded questions and answers are from people hating on Christians. Well not all, there are some crazy answers from christians in response to the nonchristian questions, but they at least are a response to a negativity. Why are some of you people so hateful to christians. I understand that there are some rude christians, but why are you lumping us all together? I just went throught the first 10 pages of questions and I dont see a question that starts with "all you non-christians, be damned" or some similar callow and crude statement. What is all the bashing for? Why cant everyone just be in peace and harmony regardless of who believes what? I know someone or someone(s) are going to have problem with this question somehow or another, but here it is anyway.

My husband and I had our first and only child when we were 24 We did not want any more kids. so I had my tubes tied a year later. Now it has been 13 years and we just found out I was pregnant. He is insistant on not having the baby, even though I don't want any more kids and I am at a place in my life where I can't imagine one. I also cannot imagine not having it. I don't think I could live having an abortion. However, he is very adament that he DOES NOT want another baby PERIOD! What should I do?

Is it really true that man never really walked on the Moon...the picture of the American Flag (the one put there by the Apollo astronauts) is waving in the wind. How could that be possible if there is no atmosphere on the Moon?

If there were only three persons on that trip to the moon and one was Neil Armstrong, one was the other was standing beside him and third one was in the space shuttle then who took the photograph?

My father in law says that if the GI Bill money received was used for living expenses instead of tuition, one can still claim the lifetime learning credit on their taxes? Is this true? Military.com says living expenses are a legal use of the funds. Thanks for the help.

After the wedding receptions she slept at her girls friend home and didn't tell any member of our family, she told me that she wasn't ready to live with him and the husband told her he will wait for her until she is ready, now she doesn't talk to us for two weeks and I wrote her a letter to support her and she didn't answer .
