I've searched online and have not been able to find any employees handbook or anything along those lines. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Spend a lot of years working (employeed) within the UM church. The policies for such things are set at a district (or conference) level, not at the national level. So any such information will be unique to your local conference. If you are not comfortable getting this information from the local pator, contact the Dstrict Office, or your local District Superintendant. They will have that information.

The United Methodist Book if Discipline should have the information you need. It may be available in the library.
