We all started off as 'females' in the womb and after a while a gene determines if we will be man or woman but the nipples are already there and stay there.

Just in case they want to be a converted transexual. It is a good start because nipples are hard to build.

I'm not sure, but I do know it can feel good when a girl kisses on and plays with mine. It's a great turn when we are doing lots of foreplay so I proud of mine.
