every since i was about 12 years old ive been worried about my health but ever since ive got older its been getting worse if i get a pain in my leg i tell myself i have a blood clot and its going to travel to my heart and kill me and i can go on for weeks thinking i have a blood clot, wen i get a headache i convince myself i have a brain tumour and im going to die , when i have a really funny tummy ache i think ive got cancer , i panic and my heart beats so fast and i panic even more and cant breathe i really dont know what to do i am so scared and all of the things i convince my self i have can go on for weeks what can i do i need help does anyone have any ideas?? and do i sound like a hypercondriact?? no nasty answers please i am terrified

i have a 6 year old boy, me and his dad split when he was 10 months old, afterwards we argued loads and to be petty he didn't see our son. maybe once or twice a year. i have been living with my current boyfriend for 15 months and he has been such a great dad to my son, i couldn't ask for a better dad for my child! recently though my son has been seeing his real dad again and has stayed at his twice now. both times on his return home he has been very withdrawn and not his usual bouncy ball self and he has been very defient to me and my partner when we ask him to do things or when he's been told no. this is very distressing to me and his step dad as he is a very good boy and we have seen a bad change in him when he's seen his real dad. i understand it must be a novelty when he goes and stays with him as they give in to any demands he has and they make such a fuss of him compared to the everyday routine we have at home. we don't want to stop the visits but we don't want his good behaviour to disappear because of the visits. my partner is finding it very hard as he loves my son as if he were his own. any advice??

Back in the old days, when we actually united behind our troops and president to win WWII and other grave times of struggle, we always returned to the full enabling and encouraging of dissent once the war was over and won.

I'm a Canadian citizen and I'm waiting for my wife's permanent resident visa to be process. The process is suppose take from 6 to 18 month.(there's a big gap between that)
When i check my status online it says that they started to process her application 2 months ago.
What do they do with it that takes so long?
In some countries (like Germany) things can get done within a month.

Why not search everything about the subject, religion and its history in particular, rather than blindly basing your life on that assumption and suffering and living in fear? Don't you think its a waste of time?

Also, don't you think its VERY unlikely they exist? And its just a way of controlling people. They cannot(government) control us with FORCE, but they can with MIND control and FEAR.
Even if heaven n hell exist, don't you agree the above makes A LOT MORE SENSE?

After all, my breath is right under my nose. But no matter how bad I think my breath might be, I can never find a way to check it out. Hi. I guess this is something only a doctor can tell me. I've been on Prozac for years and years. About a week and a half ago I stopped. I'm still very uncertain whether I can live without it. I do feel less tired but notice my "obsessive thinking" is coming back slightly.

Can I live my life without Prozac?
How long do you think I need to give the non-medicated life a try before deciding?

I posted a question yesterday.. I found that 2 adult cats and a few kittens were living under my house. Everyone who answered the question was helpful and told me to call rescue shelters and socialize with the cats. The kittens look about 6 weeks. HERE is the problems I forgot to mention. I have a six year old dog and his doggy door is on the other side of a gate where the cats go in and out of under the house. my dog goes absolutely mad when he sees them. This is the ONLY reason why I haven't brought the kittens in the house. I don't know what to do. If I lock my dog in a room, he will tear up the carpet if I bring in kittens. I can set up a trap and at least catch the adult cats, but I really have nowhere to set the kittens and play with them or anything.

My other problem is I've seen 2 male cats and 4 kittens. How do I know there aren't more under the house? I don't want to close off the area without making sure they are all out from underthere..

The house next to mine lives a single mother with her 2 children (6 and 14 years old), they all live on welfare. everyday the mother screams at the kids, and the kids scream back. I've talked to her before on how their noise is runing my life, but nothing much has been done, she is still screaming, from 7am to 9 pm daily, they have no communication skills.
