If you really want to quit there is a new drug on the market which is having fabulous results. It is called Chantix. You take 2 pills a day and after 1 week your body no longer is addictied to nicotine. You do however need to stop smoking at that time or you will just chain smoke because whatever binds nicotine in your body is now removed. Just go to your local Dr and ask for a script of it. Here in Omaha one month's supply is $96 at Walgreen's. Here is their contact info....1-877-CHANTIX OR www.chantix.com. Good luck!!!

1 hour max and you're already gasping for your next puff. You're really hooked. You're body is so dependent on the nicotine now. Chew gum. Don't buy or bring out your cancer sticks with you. Drink tea when you want to smoke instead.

Cigarette smoke has nicotine which causes intense desire to smoke. Have a motivation. Remember that there are long term effects of smoking like respiratory diseses such as chronic bronchitis, emphysema and lung cancer. Who would want to have these? Stop it before it's too late.

Who told you you start dying? That's in your head. It's all up to you. Everything is in your head, if you believe it, it will happen.
