I have a question regarding US visa?

Hello. I am from Asia. I am married and have 2 sons. I hold a B1/B2 visa. I traveled to the US twice since 2003. I never wanted to live there illegally so I always had to return to my country. Now I would like to study in the US. Is it easy for me to get F1 visa do you think? Should my wife and sons apply for F2 visas the same time I apply for visa, or should they apply when I arrive in the US? Please tell me from your experiences.

How do I tell my best friend to not bring her kids when they come over?

We own some very expensive antique items, very high tech equipment and lots of fragile vases and glass tables and I'm always close to having a heart attack worrying that they'll break something when her kids are over.Her kids are 3 and 6.How can I tell her not to bring them without hurting her feelings?

I haven't had a period since before Sept. of 2006/7 months, any ideas for my problem??

I have endometriosis (basicially causes a cyst to grow on my uterus, among other problems) and I was due for my cycle Sept 02, 2006 and never had one since. I am horrified of the gyno & it makes my life a little less painful without the period (endometriosis hurts worse while cycling), but I know this can't be good. I think Im feeling the side effects of this now, always tired, sleeping alot longer, drained, and get wore out easily now. I CANT DO ANYTHING ANYMORE! It sucks, but Ive been violated 2 times from different gyno's. SCARED please help??What could cause this and what are problems I could be facing?

How do I get IE7 to start faster in Vista Basic currently takes 20 seconds to connect.?

Dell E521 using vista Basic with 1GB DDR2 Ram. Everything set to optimize for performance rather than quality. All non essential programs turned off. Is there a setting I can tweak to speed up connecting with IE7. Will Fire fox connect faster. Vista is a performance PIG.

How can I help my back pains?

I've got horrible lower back pains, and don't even get me started on the back of my lower neck/shoulders! What can I do to prevent this from happening every day? Chiropractors are out of my price range, I'm sure. I try to abstain from slouching as much as possible, but even sitting quite upright hurts.

What is the best keyboard and mouse to get for my G4 Powerbook while working at desk?

I've heard really bad stories about the apple accessories (keys sticking and scroll balls locking after 2 or 3 months) and would like to know what better options are out there.

I'm also not looking to spend that much. Just ones that work and don't break so quickly...

Why is my new vista laptop slow?

I know that relatively, my laptop (the new compaq presario v3000) should be fast. It has good specs (1GB RAM, 1.66Ghz Core 2 duo). My friend bought an acer with the same specs, but his laptop is faster. is it due to the antivirus (avast free) i have installed? I also want to upgrade my RAM. But how do I get to know if I can upgrade it? Thanks lots

How does our rights work??

A friend was detained in cantoment police station during a drug raid. He was suspected to be under the influence of drugs. Anyway, he has made a request to make a phone call so that he can settle some business meeting n his children who will be alone after 8am as the wife will be going to work.
FOr whatever reasons, his request was rejected. As such my friend told them his predicament and asked if the officer will be responsible if the children are met with mishap and the answer from a senior police officer was,"I am in-charge of the station, not yr personal life, so no phone call."
He was detained for over 10hrs. he lost his job as his boss was not very happy that he went missing and missed a few important client. his wife had a big fight with him too. Question is, why can't he make just a simple phone call?? where can we find enforecemnt laws or regulations write up? not knowing wht is our right has indeed deprived my friend's standing.
