...to shorten my answer...yes, I have chatted with a teen who was extremely depressed....she is doing better....I'd like to think I had at least a small part in helping her

Twice.
Once I connected with someone while playing an online game. Told him I loved him. We continued untill he couldn't stay awake anymore. Never heard from him again... I always type Kool instead of Cool, because he liked it better. I do too...
Second time I made a friend and we casualy chatted for like 6 months untill I realized she was extremely sweet. We talk every day and are the best of online buddies!

Nope. I used to look for more personal encounters, albeit brief ones. I never looked for a "relationship" online. Now I just drop by the bar for a few minutes each night.... and go home to my family in the living room.

I cant understand how that happens. I just dont see falling for someone I know nothing about. Plus I hear about those men (and women) who lure their online preys, and kill them. bury them etc. nope, not wanting to take that chance.
There is so much you could lie about online. no way of telling what the truth is.

haha. yes, I think everybody that has yahoo or msn messenger has had like a little mingle with someone. He only had msn. && I redid my computer [delted everything.] && forgot to add msn on. for like 2 months. && I haven't spoke to him since I redid my computer. But, I really did wish I could speak to him. Cause, he was a really nice understanding fellow lol.

Yes, I know someone that understands me so well that he can finish my sentences for me. It is almost like he can read my mind. Every time we communicate it feels like I'm speaking to someone I've known forever.

yes..indeed! very intensely, we plan to meet but we broke before had meet... by the way, he was only 15 minutes away from home......to bad, we missed the boat. lol
