My dog has both, an enlarged heart AND a collapsed trachea. His gagging has lessened since he's been on Lasix, but now he seem to have a really hard time with inhaling...his throat closes and he has to forcefully gasp in order to inhale. And the noise, MY GOD, THE NOISE! MY QUESTION is, what medication would be safe to give him in addition to the Lasix. PLEASE don't say cough medicine, because if used in combination with the Lasix, it could kill him. He is very uncomfortable. What medications do they use for Tracheal Collapse and would be safe when used with Lasix? He has been heartworm tested...negative.

I sent my green card application a couple of weeks ago and have yet to receive a receipt notice from the USCIS which is fine as I know it can take up to 30 days to get that.
However my checks for the filing fees have been cashed. Does this mean that my application was thorough enough and they wont be asking me to submit more documents and/or evidence?
(Please dont bother to answer if you are one of those boring sarcastic people who think only terrorists appy for green cards! I am genuinely and happily married to a US born citizen!)

I recently purchased an iPod Nano. I was visiting my mother's house and downloaded iTunes on her computer for purchasing songs. Last night, I was at my house and wanted to purchase a couple of songs. I downloaded iTunes and purchased songs, went to sync my iPod and I got a message saying that an iPod can only be synced with one library. Of course, this is on my mother's computer. I went to the toolbar and found an option to authorize my computer, which I did. Is there any way to fix this so I can use my own computer to download songs? My husand and I are going to be moving soon, and I want to be able to use my own computer for this.

I adopted 4 cats from one home. I have placed 2. The orange and white male (declawed), smacks the other cats. He can't hurt them. I want to find him a home. At this point, he will have to be an "only cat". He is sweet, flopping down and turning over so I can scratch his belly. He answered to a terrible name when I took him in or I would change his name to Rocky. I have tried squirting him with water. I am looking on the web for solutions.

Two Nuns in a car stop at a red light,
A mob of hooligans start shouting abuse at the two Nuns,
So the drivers say's
"Sister Mary, wind down your window and show them your cross"
Sister Mary winds down her window, gently leans out of it and shouts "boy you have really pi*sed us off now!!!"

The easy answer is that there needs to be a balance, but let's say you have to choose to be one way or the other.

If you share unfiltered emotions - you risk having people believe you are uncaring blunt or inconsiderate of others feelings

If you internalize your feelings - you risk being thought emotionally stunted or shut off.

And for a bonus...would you not be able to deal with someone who was the opposite of the choice you pick?

About 3 days ago we noticed it. Constant pop ups. Threatening that we have spyware infection on our computer. I have tried everything to delete it and uninstall but it's next to impossible. I have visited a couple of websites but everyone wants you to download there product to get rid of it. Which in the end will probably cause the same problem. So if anyone has any ideas on how to delete/uninstall something that the computer is telling me doesn't exist I would appreciate any help!! Thanks!

My seventeen daughter needs to loose weight. I want to tell her without hurting her feelings. I have mentioned loosing weight once before but she started to cry so I have never mentioned it again. She has been an outstanding teenager and I don't her to resent me for this. I really believe this is important for her health. Both my husband and I work out on a regular basis and eat healthy too. I want her to do this for her own personal well being and not for us. I know she will feel better after she looses the weight.
