If you are asking for Pacific Standard Time in the United States, it would be 6:30am same day. But if you are asking for a pacific time zone located outside the United States at the northwestern territories like Guam or the central Micronesia it would be 2:30am tomorrow. If its 8:30am Monday there, it would be 2:30am Teusday.
