Here's the deal:

I run an LLC that has been in existence since January 2002. It originally started with two members but the other members parted ways and we made an amendment to the operating agreement to give him 0% and myself (the only existing member 100% ownership). So effectively it's a one-man LLC.

From 2002 until present, taxes haven't been filed but the business also hasn't been making any money either for these years (it has been *rough* to say the least). We are primarily into outsourcing and our revenue/expenses always lined up (barely making it).

This year, we are (finally) going to make money and I'd like to start this process of paying year-end and quarterly taxes like I should have been for the past few years.

The question I have is: how do you indicate on your tax return that you are in this position and get "cleaned up"? My intention is to stay regular from here on out but the challenge is to get started in the first place after creating such a mess.

Ive had this problem for a few year. No deodrant seems to work on my armpits. By the middle of the day I smell sweaty. I shower everyday and at the moment use mitchum which is meant to last 48 hours and for me lasts about 6 hours. Im usually worse on work days. I dont want people to think I smell so please help me.

FROM A WEBSITE ON SFC: To protect your computer from old system files, Microsoft created a special service that is built into the operating system. This service monitors your system files, and if one is replaced or deleted, ICS will automatically restore the system file. SFC works in conjunction with a utility called Windows File Protection that keeps the system file cache: (%Systemroot%\System32\Dllcache) uppdated with the newest Microsoft Approved files as they are installed on your system. I prefer to use the system backup for the ability to roll back to a former configuration however. To manually invoke the system file checker, be sure you have administrative access then go to the command prompt and type: sfc /scannow The system will immediately begin to check all the current system files and restore the cached approved copies. You may be asked to insert the Windows CD as well during the restore. IS THERE ANY SOFTWARE AVAILABLE TO DOWNLOAD SO THAT I DONT'T HAVE TO USE THE CD?

I used to have a really good singing voice and could hit all notes perfect but now i cant hit any high notes and when i sing like one song my voice hurts how cani fix this and get my good voice back in three weeks?? i really want to go somewhere with my singing and all my friends think i have a great voice i just dont have the full range any more.

We had a high school revival among the juniors and seniors that swept the school.

Everyone was on fire for the Lord and we even expanded our church because of it.

Well, it's been two years and most of us went to college. Well, to make a long story short, only oneof us still claims to be a Christian.

When I talk to the others, they just said it was a phase! Most of them are atheists now and a few are agnostic.

What happened!?!? Does getting an education mean losing your religion?

hiya all i have been eating is steamed vegetables for dinner and a tuna salad at night since january - i have lost half a stone (7lbs) and i cant seem to loose anymore - why is this - its really getting me down - i dont exercise very much as i am always busy with work !
